Circa 19th century, this Antique Persian Bakshiesh Carpet is 4.4 x 6.7.  Rich color palette of Salmon, blues and taupe.  Bakshaish is the oldest rug weaving village in the Heriz region of Northwest Persia and noted for carpets with highly artistic and tremendously diverse adaptations of age-old tribal and Persian motifs.  Very good condition.  An exceptional rug.  100% wool.
