This position requires the highest level of professionalism, problem solving and communication skills for this critical, customer-facing role. RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE CUSTOMER CARE COORDINATOR.
- Assist customers in scheduling, re-scheduling and cancelling appointments, scheduling pickup & delivery appointments, confirming appointments, and follow-up on completed work orders.
- Handle complaints in a professional manner and complete necessary documentation.
- Answer incoming calls.
- Provide price estimates.
- Assist customers with general questions and concerns.
- Filing and general clerical duties.
