Return Policy

In a perfect world the first rug you choose would work exactly how you envisioned it would when you got it home, but that is not always the case.

Rugs may be returned within 14 days of receipt for a full refund.  Rugs must be returned in as-new condition - unused, clean and undamaged.  All rugs are carefully inspected for stains or damage and signed off on before they are shipped out to our clients.  Check the two options below to see which one is right for you.

Option 1: In-Store Returns

Simply bring the rug back with your receipt to our Birmingham Showroom or Novi Showroom within 14 days for a full refund, or within 30 days to exchange it.  Make sure to bring the credit card with you that was used to purchase the rug.  It's that easy!

Option 2: Shipped Returns

Please contact us at to secure your return authorization.  Once you have received your RA number wrap the rug in the original packaging it was sent in when feasible or place in equivalent protective packaging (the clear plastic painter's tarps available cheaply at any hardware store work great).  Make sure your RA number is written clearly on the exterior of the package, we will be unable to accept any rugs without an RA number and they will be returned to sender.  Ship to the address below.

In order for your return to be processed properly a return authorization number must be obtained from us!
