Called to get my carpets cleaned they were able to fit me in, came in the two hour time window and their carpet cleaners were very friendly and professional! They saw I had a dog and two cats and waited until I got everyone rounded up and put in a secure location. I will definitely use them again!

I had Hagopian out again (have used them many times) and they did an outstanding job. Mike and Brian are REALLY good. They removed a stain on my living room carpet which had been there through 4-5 previous carpet cleanings. I thought it was unremovable. The stain came from a dog I had several years back who had thrown up on the carpeting and it had remained there for several hours before I found it. The stomach acids had left a dark stain on my carpet which prior cleanings had not touched. I don't know what Mike and Brian did, but that stain is GONE now! Hagopian has earned my return business and I will go back to them every year. Well done Mike and Brian!

I wanted to let you know that I was having lunch with my elderly Mother the other day and Mike (and another nice fellow) were cleaning my Mother's carpet. The two men who can were the pinnacles of professionalism. The were kind, conversational, they explained the process and got it done in an hour. I have been using Hagopian for years, mostly to clean my wall to wall carpet. They have done more than expected to clean my badly stained carpets, The staff provides an assessment, cleans up even the worst spots (I have several large dogs, who are not well trained) and leaves me with a much better carpet. In addition, I have dropped off several valuable area rugs to be cleaned, and have always been more than satisfied.

I have tried modernistic, chet's, stanley steemer on my house of white carpet and will never again use anyone but Hagopian. Employees are thorough, honest, quick, know their stuff and take pride in their work.

I have called on this company back in 2001 to have a living room and dining room cleaned with professional service technicians driving their well known "purple truck". Today on October 18, I decided to have 3 rugs cleaned by dropping them off for a BOGO special. This location is easy to find in a strip shopping plaza near the Utica Post Office and yes the building is purple as well and noticeable when driving in the lot. I was greeted with a welcome smile by Nick Lloyd, rug care consultant (in a purple shirt). He was very helpful and knowledgeable to answer my questions about my 3 multi-color braided rugs. I was concerned about the material, soiled areas to be cleaned without damage because they were rolled up in my garage for 3 years. After examining the 3 rugs while unrolled and laid out in the showroom area to view, he assured me no problems and they will be cleaned to look new again. Also, Since I did not have a 4th rug for the BOGO special he was kind enough to work out a half price on the smaller rug to complete my cleaning order. My cleaning order was totaled up, no extra charges since no major stains or damages to fix. I was informed to pay half of the full bill to start the cleaning process. They accept cash, credit cards or checks. The rugs were to be shipped out from this location to their main office and warehouse in Oak Park, Michigan for cleaning in 2 weeks or less. I was called in 10 days (less than 2 weeks) to inform me that my 3 rugs were cleaned and shipped back to this location and ready for pick up along with remaining balance due to pay. I picked them up on Nov. 6 and was very satisfied and pleased with the whole process and results along with how they were specially rolled and wrapped up in a professional way. Thank you Nick also for loading the 3 of them into my SUV. I highly recommend this company for this type of service. They also offer "In- home" cleaning of wall to wall carpets, hardwood, cork, bamboo flooring. They have a Carpet Cleaning Special of 3 Rooms for $89.99 which can be scheduled to either by phone or on-line with an appointment to assist one's schedule before the holidays ahead. I have attached photos of many different "Area Rugs" that this location sells too. Expect the Best... Expect the Purple Truck!

Very pleasantly surprised. We had our living room, dining room and stairway cleaned. They cleaned under heavy furniture, removed spots that I never thought would come out, and did an excellent job overall. Our 13 year old carpet looks almost new again. The stairway is even "cushy". Workmen were on time, fast, friendly and very reasonably priced. Highly recommend.

Just had my foyer tile floor cleaned and sealed by Sam and Raj . They were also asked to clean a shower stall but Sam felt it would be a waste of money to have it done since the stains more than likely would not come out. I have hardwater(well water) and had never had the shower professionally cleaned before. (my mistake).. I appreciated his honesty. They both were very professional and finished the job in a short period of time. It is so nice to work with kind professional people. You've got 2 great employees!!. Recently had a living room and family room carpets cleaned. The family room was awful! I did not have much hope for the stains coming out. It looks GREAT and the living room is great also. The techs were terrific, very friendly and knowledgeable along with efficient. We also dropped off a wool rug to be cleaned and we are very happy with that also. Highly recommend Hagopian.

Yesterday I woke up to a sick puppy who made a mess on my white fabric couch and area rug. I reached out to 2 cleaning services for same day service on this Yelp app - Hagopian and Bee Clean Services. Hagopian replied within the hour and were able to successfully clean the couch and rug the same day. Mike and Lucas were great! Highly recommend them! As far as the other cleaning service, they didn't reply until today and said they wouldn't be able to get me in until the end of the month and won't clean white fabric couches. Using Hagopian for future cleaning!

My last rug I brought in had a lot of urine stains and a strong odor to it (I have a kitten). I was embarrassed to bring it in, but as soon as I got there, they made no mention of it and it wasn't a big deal at all! Very professional. My rug was ready in a week. It looks very clean and doesn't smell anymore (Thank god!) When I picked it up, the gentleman brought it out to my car for me, and opened my car door for me, and wished me a good day. Great place!

The Clarkston location is great! Their service in store and from management is excellent. They are always friendly and accommodating, it's a pleasure to do business with them! I have called on this company back in 2001 to have a living room and dining room cleaned with professional service technicians driving their well known "purple truck". Today on October 18, I decided to have 3 rugs cleaned by dropping them off for a BOGO special. This location is easy to find in a strip shopping plaza near the Utica Post Office and yes the building is purple as well and noticeable when driving in the lot. I was greeted with a welcome smile by Nick Lloyd, rug care consultant (in a purple shirt). He was very helpful and knowledgeable to answer my questions about my 3 multi-color braided rugs. I was concerned about the material, soiled areas to be cleaned without damage because they were rolled up in my garage for 3 years. After examining the 3 rugs while unrolled and laid out in the showroom area to view, he assured me no problems and they will be cleaned to look new again. Also, Since I did not have a 4th rug for the BOGO special he was kind enough to work out a half price on the smaller rug to complete my cleaning order. My cleaning order was totaled up, no extra charges since no major stains or damages to fix. I was informed to pay half of the full bill to start the cleaning process. They accept cash, credit cards or checks. The rugs were to be shipped out from this location to their main office and warehouse in Oak Park, Michigan for cleaning in 2 weeks or less. I was called in 10 days (less than 2 weeks) to inform me that my 3 rugs were cleaned and shipped back to this location and ready for pick up along with remaining balance due to pay. I picked them up on Nov. 6 and was very satisfied and pleased with the whole process and results along with how they were specially rolled and wrapped up in a professional way. Thank you Nick also for loading the 3 of them into my SUV. I highly recommend this company for this type of service. They also offer "In- home" cleaning of wall to wall carpets, hardwood, cork, bamboo flooring. They have a Carpet Cleaning Special of 3 Rooms for $89.99 which can be scheduled to either by phone or on-line with an appointment to assist one's schedule before the holidays ahead. I have attached photos of many different "Area Rugs" that this location sells too. Expect the Best... Expect the Purple Truck!

I had my carpet cleaned as well as my area rugs. The guys, Tom and Kenny, were very knowledgeable. I had a candle wax stain and they weren't sure all of it could be removed. They got all of the wax out my carpet. They are very efficient. They arrived on time, accessed the job, quoted the price and cleaned my carpet! I highly recommend Hagopian. We purchased 2 rugs several years ago and have been pleased with both the rugs and the subsequent cleaning services. Yesterday, I had an accident on the larger rug, dripping paint over a 2 foot section. I was beyond frustration, tried to clean it immediately and then packed it up and came to the Novi store for assistance. Sajed Afify came to my rescue and within minutes calmly and professionally sat down and removed every part of the stain and was as calm and professional as I could every imagine. I have been using Hagopian for some years now. Whether it is for cleaning or buying. They have been phenomenal with their rug cleaning. We have three large rugs that they come and pick up, clean, and redeliver to our home. Someone in the cleaning department has always called if he saw anything that needed more attention than just the regular cleaning. But also explained very what the issue may have been. I also have worked with Kashif from the Birmingham store when buying rugs for another home. He has been absolutely fabulous. Love working with him and he always went over and above for me.

Have been using this service for many years and have been pleased not only with the cleaning of our rugs but the service I receive from the gentleman, Moe, who manages this rug cleaning center. Most recently he assisted in finding me a beautiful Chinese rug by hooking me up with a customer who was selling one. Highly recommended!

I dropped off an area rug, that smelled horrible of pet urine (that I had attempted to clean several times on my own), and I was a bit nervous, because I had never used a service like this before and did not know what to expect. Plus, I was concerned it would come back smelling as bad, if not worse, than when I left it because I had already tried "Professional Shelf Products", and I didn't want to lose more money on a carpet that was reasonably priced to begin with. OMG, they did a FANTASTIC job. The odor is gone, and the rug looks beautiful. The best part......the price. It was so reasonable, and worth every penny. Great selection and service. Hagopian has such a large inventory of quality rugs that their prices compete with the big box stores while beating their quality hands down. We've been Hagopian customers for years and years and they never let us down. There cleaning service is awesome and their people are friendly and knowledgeable.

We recently dropped off a large, hand sewn oriental rug for cleaning. The rug had not been cleaned for 15 years, and it had pet damage to the fringe. The rug now looks like new! We are very pleased.

My mom and I went to this store to get our rugs cleaned. Our rugs look fantastic. The trim on our rugs are sparkling and the stains are gone. Our rugs look brand new. It was so much better than the other places in town. I am really impressed. Quality and competitively priced.

In 1987 while in the U.S. Navy, I purchased a hand-knotted, Isfahan-design 7x10 rug in Karachi. It was in use at our California home for three years and later in our Michigan homes for another thirteen years. Then, before moving to Florida, we dropped it off at your Oak Park facility for cleaning and wrapping for storage. We picked it up on or about 8/19/2003. It has remained rolled in your wrapping material until today, 6/15/2019. What a wonderful surprise when we undid the wrapping! The rug was in pristine condition - it looked as if it just had been cleaned. Thank you so much for preserving our beautiful rug so that after almost 16 full years it again adds beauty to our home. I would not hesitate to recount this story to others interested in having rugs cleaned. Yours is a most professional and competent company. Your grandfather would be proud but I am sure that he always expected excellence because his business carried his proud family name. P.S I read the family biography. What a family!

It doesn't get any better. These guys are truly the best. Took a pretty large rug in that I didn't know that they could handle, but mr hagopian himself made sure it was steamed, cleaned, saunaand, and rolled back to perfection. The overall experience was grade A. I'd recommend these guys for any fine needs.

I am very happy with Hagopian, they did a great job cleaning my rugs. I live in an older home and I had some moth problems so they recommended I get them moth proofed. I really want to take care of my rugs and Colin listened and made some great suggestions how to better take of them. He also help me select the right pad for each rug.

Hagopian cleaning services did absolute magic in removing 1/2 carafe of red wine from my very expensive wool oriental rug. I spoke with Chris, the stain remover, before I decided to use Hagopian services. He reassured me that when the rug arrived he would call with his opinion as to whether the stain could be removed. He was sure he could remove it AND the colors in the rug should not be affected. My rug was delivered yesterday and it looks brand new! I cannot even identify the corner where the red wine spilled. I highly recommend the cleaning services at Hagopian!!!!

Recently had a living room and family room carpets cleaned. The family room was awful! I did not have much hope for the stains coming out. It looks GREAT and the living room is great also. I have been using Hagopian for years, mostly to clean my wall to wall carpet. They have done more than expected to clean my badly stained carpets, The staff provides an assessment, cleans up even the worst spots (I have several large dogs, who are not well trained) and leaves me with a much better carpet. In addition, I have dropped off several valuable area rugs to be cleaned, and have always been more than satisfied.

They picked up the rugs and delivered and place them back in place when they were finished. The rugs look beautiful. Much brighter. I was more than pleased with their services.
