"On Wednesday I had the carpet which was recently cleaned and repaired by your company returned to its' place in the living room of our home. I just wanted to tell you how beautiful it looks now and how very satisfied my husband and I are with the work that was done.
In addition to having it cleaned, new fringe (which perfectly complements the colors and pattern of the rug) was added to the ends and the border was repaired. The ten by fourteen was Karastan wool carpet dates to about the nineteen thirties or forties the salesman told us and should now be in condition to double that life span. New carpet padding was also recommended to help improve durability, and as a rule, we do not wear street shoes in the house so now the carpet is extremely comfortable underfoot.
All of the employees at the Birmingham store were very helpful and knowledgeable about the carpet business We will definitely recommend your company should the chance to do so arise.
